摘 要:为提高Ti6A14V合金的摩擦学性能,以金属陶瓷NiCr-Cr3C2和自润滑颗粒CaF2复合合金粉末为涂覆材料,采用激光熔覆技术在Ti6A14V表面制备出以TiC为增强相、CaFz为自润滑相、NiCr/TiC共晶为增韧相的高温耐磨自润滑复合涂层。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)分析了涂层的物相组成及显微组织,测试了涂层沿层深方向的硬度分布,分别在室温、300℃和600℃时测试了复合涂层和Ti6A14V合金基体的干滑动磨损性能。结果表明:团絮状NiCr/TiC共晶和球状CaF2分布在TiC基体中,涂层的平均硬度约1150HVo。,为基体的3~4倍。从室温到600℃,激光熔覆镍基高温自润滑耐磨复合涂层的摩擦系数和磨损率均比Ti6A14V合金基体显著降低,该复合涂层具有较好的高温自润滑耐磨性能。In order to improve the tribological behavior of Ti6AI4V, a wear resistant composite coating rein- forced with hard TiC carbide, self-lubricating phase CaF2 and flocculent eutectic NiCr/TiC was fabricated by laser cladding. The phase compositions and microstructures were investigated by X-ray diffractometer (XRD), scanning e- lectron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). Microhardness along the depth direction of the coating was tested. Sliding wear of the composite coating and substrate were tested at ambient temperature, 300 ~C, 600 ~C, respectively. Results indicate that the flocculent eutectic NiCr/TiC and spherical CaF2 distribute in the TiC. Mean hardness value of the laser cladding composite coating which is 3--4 times higher than substrate is about 1150HV0.3. From ambient temperature to 600 ~C, both the friction coefficients and wear rates of the composite coa- ting decreased compared to the Ti6AI4V alloy. The Ni-based composite coating has excellent high temperature self-lu- bricatin~ and wear resistant DroDerties.
