摘  要:结合感性工学和TRIZ的方法,本文首先通过汽车座椅设计前期的消费者美学喜好调查,得到了最能够贴近消费者心理的设计符号、元素,然后通过形式美学法则来进行设计整合,找出特定人群的心理喜好设计需求,并运用TRIZ的方法进行功能和结构的重组,得到了全新的概念设计样稿;最后,运用眼动仪进行眼动客观评价验证,结果表明,此种设计方法和设计流程有效可行,作为一种普适性的设计研究方法,设计过程简单且易操作、经济性强,可以运用在产品设计过程中。This article presents a design method of visual comfort of automobile seat based on Kansei engineering and TRIZ theory. First, in the early design stage of automobile seat, a customer survey was conducted to obtain the customer's preference of design symbols and elements. Then based on the principle of formal aesthetics, design integration was carried out to found the psychological preference of special group of customers. Second, the TRIZ theory was used to recombine the function and structure, and to achieve a new conceptual prototype design. Finally, objective evaluation and validation of the design were conducted using eye tracker. The results show that the proposed design method and procedure are effective, and can be used as universal design research method. The design procedure is easy to operate and is economic.
