摘　　要：自助组织是社会工作与社会福利领域的一个重要概念,对自助组织的内涵和类型的不同理解与不同的研究维度密切相关,也与以往自助组织研究的主要研究议题的变化有关。自助组织研究有三个相关的视角,即组织角度、工作方法角度和社会福利实现途径角度,这三个视角在个人、组织和社会层面均发挥着重要的福利功能。本文的研究和分析对于深入理解自助组织的概念和未来的进一步研究,将提供有益的参考。Based on self-help group, a magnificent concept in social work and social welfare, the article clarifies the concept and types of the self-help group, analyses the development of the related study formerly, summarizes the primary related research perspective, and discusses its welfare function in individual, group and society levels, which can make a comprehensive reference on understanding the concept and conducting related research in the future.
