复方中药“猪康散”对断奶仔猪血清中细胞因子水平的影响

摘　　要：选取20日龄健康杜长大三元杂交仔猪40头，随机分为4组，每组10头。27～31日龄时分别在基础日粮中添加0．0％，0．5％，1．0%，2．0％“猪康散”。于35，45，55，65日龄每组随机选取4头仔猪，前腔静脉采血测定IL-2、IL-6、IFN-Y、TNF-a等细胞因子的水平。结果表明，l.0％添加组在各个时间点均可明显提高血清中IL-2、IL-6、IFN-y和TNF～a的水平，且显著优于其他添加组；这表明在断奶仔猪日粮中添加1．O％“猪康散”能通过促进血清中1L-2、II-6、IFN-Y、TNFa的表达量而增强仔猪细胞免疫功能。In order to investigate the effects of compound traditional Chinese medicine ＂Zhukang- san＂ on cell factor in weaned piglets,three-line crossbred（Duroc）〈 Landrace）〈 Yorkshire） （20- day-old） ,were assigned randomly to 4 group of 10 piglets each. Add Chinese medicine at levels of 0. 0%,0. 5%,1. 0%,2. 0% in basal diet during 27-31-day-old. Blood samples in 4 piglets from each group were taken at 35,45,55,65 day for measuring some immune indices. The results showed that adding 1.0 % Chinese medicine feed could significantly improve level of IL-2,IL-6,IFNand TNF-a in piglet serum,compared to the other groups. So 1.0% traditional Chinese medicine ＂Zhu- kangsan＂ could increase the level of cell factor in serum of piglets.
