摘 要:以5a生枳砧砂糖橘嫁接苗为试材,研究比较了离体萌发法、TTC染色法、I2-KI染色法和MTT染色法对花粉活力的测定效果及其对砂糖橘有叶花和无叶花2种类型离体花粉活性的影响。结果表明:砂糖橘无叶花花粉活性高于有叶花花粉活性;MTT染色法是简单快速测定砂糖橘花粉活性的最佳方法。Taking grafted seedings of Citrus reticulate 'Shatangju' on rootstock of trifoliate orange as material, the determinauon effects of I2-KI,TTC.MTT and zn wtro pollen germination method were compared and their effect on in vitro activity of pollen between the different types of flower(the flower with leaves and non-leaf flower) of Citrus reticulate 'Shatangju' were studied. The results indicated that the pollen of Citrus reticulate 'Shatangiu' viability of non- leaf flower .was higher than the pollen viability of flower with leaves. MTT staining method was the optimum and rapid staining method to determine pollen viability of Citrus reticulate 'Shatangju'.
