摘  要:以"京菠一号"菠菜为试材,研究了不同施肥处理对菠菜硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量和菠菜品质的影响。结果表明:施用不同肥料对菠菜硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量影响差异显著;施用尿素可增加菠菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量,且含量随尿素施用量增加而呈显著上升趋势;在等氮量情况下,施用有机肥使菠菜的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量显著低于施用尿素的,但其它品质指标低于施用尿素处理的菠菜,这可能是有机肥的缓释作用所导致。与对照相比,无论是有机肥还是尿素都会增加菠菜中硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量,但在合理施用的情况下可以达到菠菜安全优质生产的目的。Taking 'Jingbo No. 1' spinach as material, the effect of different fertilizer treatments on nitrate and nitrite content of spinach were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences on nitrate content and nitrite content of spinach. The content of nitrate and nitrite were increased by the application of urea in a concentration- dependent way. With an identical N concentration, the content of nitrate and nitrite in the group applied with organic fertilizer were significantly lower than those of urea applied group. Other quality index results were not as good as the group applied with the urea,this might be due to slow release of organic fertilizer. Compared with the control ,the content of nitrate and nitrite were increased in spinach, no matter applied with organic fertilizer or urea. In the case of proper application of organic fertilizer or urea, safe and high quality production of spinach could be achieved.
