摘 要:满意度不仅是人们心理上的一种主观感受,群体乃至社会整体层面的满意度水平亦能反映出一个社会在特定发展阶段的公平、公正状况;人们的满意度不仅是个人期望是否得以满足的体现而且深受社会结构的影响。本研究从社会与个体两个层面出发,设计了用以测量社会发展过程中民众满意度状况的量表,结果显示当下人们对个体层面相关事项的满意度高于对社会总体层面相关事项的满意度。在此基础上,文章从社会参与、社会关系、社会保护、社会经济地位几个方面进行了更为深入的分析,以期了解影响人们满意度高低的相关社会因素,进而为政府解决特定问题以及通过特定的制度安排来提高人们的满意度,提供了一项事实的基础。Satisfaction is people' s subjective feeling, reflecting their personal experience within a strati fied system. In addition, the level of satisfoetion of groups or of the whole society can reflect the situation of social justice at a particular developmental stage. We have designed a scale to measure people's satisfaction at both the individual level and the society level. Using the survey data we collected, we show, in this paper, that people' s personal satisfoetion is higher than their satisfaction of the society. We also find that social par tieipation, social relations, social protection and social economic status might significantly influence people's satisfoetion. We propose that the government shall take these foetors into consideration when they are looking to improve people' s overall satisfaction.
