摘　　要：图书馆作为公共文化服务体系的重要组成部分,承担着社会教育和文化传播的职能。公共图书馆讲解服务作为一种延伸服务,在揭示馆藏、展示本馆服务成效方面发挥了积极作用,正日益受到业界重视。鉴于此,公共图书馆应该通过成立相关专职负责部门、分层提供讲解服务、完善图书馆讲解员的选拔与培养程序以及健全讲解工作的考核机制的方式,以逐步提升图书馆的公益化服务水平。As the important part of the public culture service system, libraries undertake functions of the social education and the cultural transmission. And as a kind of extended services, the explanation service of public libraries has played the positive role in revealing the collection and showing their own services, and is valued by the library circle increasingly. In view of this, public libraries should improve the level of public services by ways of establishing the responsible department which is fulltime, providing the explanation service according to different groups, improving the program of the selection and training of the library commentator, in order to perfect the assessment mechanism of the explanation work.
