摘　　要：IPTV用户对画面质量、频道可靠性和频道响应时间期望很高,运营商如果不能提供高质量的服务,将面临用户流失的风险。为了保障IPTV用户的体验质量,首先分析了影响用户体验的关键因素,提出增强的QoE技术解决办法,帮助IPTV运营商很好地克服风险,为用户提供高质量的业务体验。IPTV users have high expectations to picture quality, channel reliability and channel response time, If the operators can not provide high- quality services,they will face the risk of losing users. In order to ensure the quality of experience for IPTV subscribers,the key factors are analyzed that affect the users＇ experience and enhanced QoE technology is proposed,it help IPTV operators overcome the risk and provide users with high-quality busi- ness experience.
