摘  要:研究了聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)的释碳规律及其持续释碳能力,并探讨了以PBS为碳源的反硝化效果及出水水质。结果表明,PBS不仅只在微生物的作用下降解,在非生物因素下同样可以得到降解,但在非生物因素和生物因素协同作用下降解得更好;PBS具有一定的缓释碳源能力,释碳总量随着时间的推移而增加,首先降解的是PBS的非结晶部分,随后才降解结晶部分;PBS释放到水中的可溶性有机碳(DOC)并不会被反硝化细菌全部利用,总会有所剩余,但剩余量低(6~7mg/L),并不会严重影响出水水质。The solid-phase denitrification with poly butylene succinate (PBS) as carbon source and biofilm carri- er was performed to investigate the carbon releasing rule and sustained carbon releasing capacity of PBS during the denitrification process. The denitrification efficiency and effluent quality were also researched. Results showed that the PBS degradation could be achieved not only under microbial actions but also under the abiotic conditions. The syn- ergy of biological and abiotic action was more conducive to PBS degradation. PBS had the certain ability of sustainable carbon releasing,and the total carbon releasing quantity was increased with extending the denitrification time. The amorphous fraction was the first degradation part of PBS and then was crystal fraction. The dissoluble organic carbon released from PBS to water could not be fully utilized by denitrifying bacteria,the remaining DOC in water was about 6-7 mg/L,and would not seriously affect effluent quality.
