摘 要:随着城市机动车数量的急剧增加,机动车污染物对人体健康的危害更为严重。构建城市主要道路的机动车污染物排放清单,可以厘清机动车的大气污染排放状况,为中国不同城市制定机动车尾气治理政策提供技术支持。以天津城区主干道为例,通过现场调研的方式取得机动车流量数据,运用修正的EMIT模型计算天津干道机动车污染物排放清单,并通过Mapper工具绘制天津城区主干道的机动车污染物排放的空间分布,探讨了中国城市机动车污染物排放清单的构建方法。Transport pollutant emissions are far more closed to people than other resources. With the increasing number of vehicles, transport pollutant emission causes more damage to health of individuals. Establishing the trans- port pollutant emissions inventory can differentiate the condition of atmospheric pollution and provide sufficient tech nical supports to different cities in China to make policies to control transport emissions. In this paper, in order to discuss the method to establish the transport pollutant emissions inventory in China, Tianjin is taken as a case in which transport pollutant emissions inventory of main road was established by modified EMIT model based on vehicle fleet data collected in field measurement, and in which spatial distribution of transport pollutant emissions of main road in tianjin was plotted via EMIT-Mapper.
