摘 要:以固体废弃物煤矸石为主要原材料研制复合保温砌块,利用Fluent软件对复合砌块的孔型结构进行了设计,采用单因素分析方法研究了煤矸石掺量、粉煤灰用量和胶凝材料比例等因素对砌块力学性能的影响,测试了煤矸石复合保温砌块的热工性能。软件模拟研究确定砌块孔型为三排孔,砌块空心率为52.4%。研究结果表明:要保证煤矸石复合保温砌块抗压强度达到3.5-5.0MPa,砌块用水量应控制在6%~8%,骨料中煤矸石掺量应控制在70%~90%,胶凝材料用量控制在20%左右,胶凝材料中粉煤灰掺量不应超过30%。煤矸石复合保温砌块墙体传热系数测试结果为1.19w,(m2·K),软件模拟结果为1.08W/(m2.K),实测结果与模拟结果相差不大,证明了软件模拟的正确性和实用性。In order to prepare compound insulation block with coal gangue, simulation software of Fluent was used to design the pass structure of the block,the effect of mixing amount of coal gangue,fly ash and cementing material to the mechanical property was researched by single factor analysis method. The block was designed to three-row-hole with the hollow ratio of 52.4% by software simulation. The results show that the compressive strength of the block can reach 3.5-5.0 Mpa, when the water quantity was 6%-8% in block,the coal gangue content was 70%-90% in aggregate,and mixing amount of cementing material was 20% in block with high- est fly ash content of 30%. The heat transfer coefficient of the block was 1.19 W/(mE.K) by test,and which has no big difference with the simulating result that was 1.08 W/(m2.K),and this demonstrated the validity and practicability of the simulation by software.
