摘 要:研究以硫铝酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料的泡沫水泥在一定的湿度和水环境下性能变化,结果表明,泡沫水泥的性能不仅与含水率有关,而且与在某种环境下放置时间有关。在25℃、相对湿度30%的条件下,随时间变化泡沫水泥的抗压强度和导热系数基本不变;而在相对湿度90%的条件下,抗压强度和导热系数均会增大,试样A20 d抗压强度可达0.466 MPa,导热系数增大至0.0809 W/(m·K)。另外,在25℃、相对湿度90%条件下,试样的抗压强度与放置时间和排水速率与放置时间均可近似利用Boltzmann方程y=A2+(A1-A2)/{1+exp[(x-x0)/dx]}来估算。The change of foam cement with sulphoaluminate cement as cementing material under certain humidity and water environment was investigated. The results indicate that properties of foam cement are not only related to moisture content,but also to standing time under certain condition. On the condition of the relative humidity 30%RH and 25 ℃,eompressive strength and thermal conductivity were almost invariant with time;but on the condition of the relative humidity 90%RH,compressve strength and thermal conductivity were tended to be increased,compressive strength of specimen A could reach 0.466 MPa and thermal conductivity was 0.0809 W/(moK) after 20 days. Furthermore,on the condition of the relative humidity 90%RH and 25 ℃ the compressive strength variation with standing time and the water drainage speed with standing time can be estimated by Bohzmann equation .
