摘 要:将一定比例的硅烷乳液掺入SHCC水泥基复合材料中,制备水泥基整体防水复合材料,通过四点弯曲应力试验、毛细吸收试验,测试试件在不同应力作用下的抗水-氯离子渗透性。试验结果表明,对比空白试件,内掺防水材料试件具有更加优异的抗渗透性能,其毛细吸水量及氯离子侵入量均有较大幅度的降低,当应力水平超过其极限应力的70%时仍保持较好的抗水-氯离子渗透性能。This sample was prepared mix with the SHCC cement-based materials specimen,and addition with a certain pro- portion silane emulsion. Through the four-point bending test,capillary absorption test,resistant to water-chloride ion permeability of the specimen was measured under different stress environment. The result shows that the SHCC sample addition with silane emul- sions have a better performanee on penetration resistance compared with the blank sample;the capillary absorption amount and chloride ion penetration amount decreased remarkably. The sample could still maintain good water-chloride ion permeability resis- tance even though the stress reaches 70% of the extreme stress.
