摘  要:铬盐作为重要的工业基础原料,在各行业中应用非常广泛,但其生产过程中污染问题突出,迫切需要开发清洁的生产工艺。简要叙述了国内外铬盐工业的发展过程及现状,详细分析了有钙焙烧、无钙焙烧和亚熔盐法等传统铬铁矿为原料生产铬盐工艺的优缺点。根据当前行业发展局势和所面对的环境问题,还介绍了铬铁为原料的铬盐清洁生产工艺的优缺点和研究进展。该系列工艺因"三废"排放少且易于控制而备受关注,其研究进展显著。Chromium salts are the important industrial raw materials,which have an extensive application, but the pollution problem in the manufacturing process is so serious that the research of cleaner production technology is pressing.Develop- ment process and present status of chromate industry at home and abroad were introduced briefly.Advantages and disadvan- tages of the traditional production technologies, such as calcium-containing roasting method, non-calcium roasting method, and sub-molten salt methods, of chromate with chromite as raw material were analyzed.In allusion to the development status of chromate industry and the environmental pollution problems thereof, advantages and disadvantages of cleaner production technologies ,of chromate with ferrochromium as raw material as well as the research progress were introduced. These tech- nologies have attracted much attention for its less discharge of the 'three wastes' and its easy control,and its research progress is remarkable.
