山东省农村居民收入水平与生命质量的关系研究

摘　　要：采用健康调查量表（EQ-50）中文版对山东省不同收入农村居民的生命质量进行分析，定量研究不同收入水平与生命质量的关系。主要结果：除15～35岁中等收入组外，同一收入层次下，随着年龄的增长，生命质量状况呈下降趋势；同一年龄段中，低收入人群反映出来的健康问题较多，收入水平较高的人群生命质量状况较好。结论：年龄与收入水平对农村居民的健康存在显著影响，应关注低收入老年人和青年人的健康状况，减少因收入差距导致的健康不公平现象。Using Health Survey Scale （EQ-5D） Chinese version to measure the quality of life between different level in- come residents, analysis the relationship between the level income and quality of life by quantitative study. Results In addition to the middle-income group of 15-35 years old,under the same income level, as the growth of the age, quality of life condition is on the decline;Reflected in the same age group, low-income people have more health problems, groups with higher income levels quality of life in good condition. This suggested that age and income level have significant impact on rural residents＇ health , we should focus on low-income elderly and young people＇s health and reducing health inequities caused by income gap.
