摘  要:为了解夏热冬暖地区城镇住宅空调能耗的现状与特点,2012年夏季采用抄表拆分调查法对福州市某住宅小区两栋采用分体空调的住宅楼的空调能耗进行了调查。结果表明,住户户均空调能耗为605kW·h,平均空调能耗指标为6.3kW·h/m2,单台空调机的平均能耗为239kW·h,空调机平均当量满负荷运行时间系数约为8%。该地区住宅分体空调能耗的平均水平仍较低,但不同住户的空调能耗差异很大,这说明不同住户空调需求差异很大,绝大多数住户的空调机只是短时间间歇运行,分散式空调方案能充分发挥出住户空调行为节能的巨大潜力,因此其平均空调能耗水平远低于住宅集中空调方案。In order to understand the status and characteristics of air conditioning energy comumption in urban residential buildings in hot summer and warm winter zones, with the survey method to split the data of household electricity meters, the air conditioning energy consumptions of two residential buildings with split air conditioner are surveyed in an urban residential district in Fuzhou in the summer of 2012. The survey results show that the average air conditioner energy consumption for one household is 605 kWh and the average air conditioner energy consumption index for floor areas-is 6.3 kWh/m^2. The average air conditioning energy consumption for one air conditioner is 239 kWh and the average equivalent full load operation time coefficient of the air conditioner is about 8%. The energy consumption level of split air conditioner in urban residential buildings is still quite lower in this climate region. The air conditioning energy consumptions among different households are quite different. It indicates that there are great differences among air conditioning demand of households. Most of air conditioners operate intermittently in short period. The scheme of decentralized air conditioning can give full play to huge potential of air conditioning energy-saving, so the average air conditioning energy consumption of this scheme is far lawer than that of the central air conditioning scheme.
