摘　　要：生物安全实验室的严密性对于防止有害因子的扩散十分关键。结合工程实践,对实验室内的生物隔离设备、围护结构、风管系统的严密性要求和评价方法进行了分析和总结,供实验室设计、建设及检验人员参考。Airtightness is very important for biosafety laboratories to prevent the spread of harmful factors. Combined with engineering practice, analyses and summarizes both the requirement and the evaluation method for airtightness of isolation equipment, envelope and air duct system in the biosafety laboratory, which provides the reference for designer, builder and tester of biosafety laboratories.
