摘  要:采用高温熔融法,制备了四种不同Ca/Si摩尔比的CaO-B2O3-SiO2微晶玻璃。考察Ca/Si摩尔比对该体系微晶玻璃结构和性能的影响。结果表明:Ca/Si摩尔比的上升,有利于CaSiO3晶相的生成,试样的致密度及相对介电常数下降,介电损耗明显增大。Ca/Si摩尔比为0.6时,875℃烧结试样的体积密度为2.46 g/cm3,显气孔率为0.27%,9.8GHz的相对介电常数和介电损耗分别为6.12和0.0019。The CaO-B203-SiO2 glass ceramics with different Ca/Si mol ratios were prepared by high-temperature melting method. The effects of Ca/Si mol ratio on microstructure and properties of CaO-B203-SiO2 system were discussed. The results show that with the increase of Ca/Si mol ratio, there are more CaSiO3 crystal to precipitate, and the bulk density and the relative dielectric constant decrease, while the dielectric loss increases obviously. When Ca/Si mol ratio is 0.6, the glass ceramic with a bulk density of 2.46 g/cm3, a porosity rate of 0.27%, a er value of 6.12 and a tanδ value of 0.001 9 (measured at 9.8 GHz) is obtained sintered at 875 ℃ for 15 min.
