摘  要:以Li2O-B2O3-SiO2(LBS)玻璃为烧结助剂,研究了掺入LBS玻璃的M-相Li1.0Nb0.6Ti0.5O3(LNT)陶瓷的低温烧结行为及其微波介电特性。研究结果表明,掺入LBS玻璃能有效降低LNT陶瓷的烧结温度,而对LNT陶瓷的微波介电特性影响很小。XRD分析结果表明:在掺入少量LBS玻璃的LNT陶瓷中没有出现第二相。掺杂LBS质量分数为0.75%的LNT陶瓷在875℃烧结0.5 h后获得了优异的微波介电特性:εr=63.26,Q·f=4 821GHz(f=4.432 GHz)。Li20-B2O3-SiO2 (LBS) glass was employed as sintering aid, and the low temperature sintering and microwave dielectric properties of M-phase Li1.0Nb0.6Ti0.503 (LNT) ceramics doped with LBS glass were investigated. The study results show that the LBS glass doping can effectively decrease the sintering temperature of LNT ceramics with few effect on the microwave dielectric properties. XRD results show that secondary phase isn't observed for the LNT ceramics doped with LBS glass. The LNT ceramics doped with 0.75%(mass fraction) of LBS which is sintered at 875 ℃ for 0.5 h obtain good microwave dielectric properties of er=63.26, Q · f=4 821 GHz (f=4.432 GHz).
