摘　　要：采煤机在井下割煤时,截割部一轴经常会出现漏油情况,影响矿方生产进度,经过对一轴漏油故障进行分析,找出漏油原因,针对一轴结构特点,实施三种整改方案,并选择最优方案。When coal mining machine is cutting under the shaft, the oil of uniaxial of coalcutter cutting part often spills, it affects the mine production schedule, after the analysis of leakage fault, we find out the causes of oil leakage, according to the feature of uniaxiala structure, implements three solutions, and selects the optimal scheme.
