摘　　要：本文通过对天津滨海高新技术产业开发区近几年来科技金融工作的总结和分析,从实践出发指出我国科技金融工作的不足和需要解决的问题,针对这些问题,文章进一步对提升我国科技金融工作分别从理论和实践两个方面提出了几点思考,尤其是科技金融理论方面的创新是带动实践工作的源动力。Based on the summary and analysis of the S＆T finance work in Tianjin Binhai Hi-tech Industrial Development Area in recent years, the paper points out the problems in China＇s S＆T finance work from the perspective of practice. Considering these problems, we put forward several points to improve S＆T work from two aspects of theory and practice. One of these ideas especially important is that innovation is the source power of practice.
