摘　　要：做好学生党员发展工作,能够为高校党建工作奠定良好基础,对于做好高校党建工作有着重要的意义。本文结合独立学院特点分析了学生党员发展工作中所存在的问题,并提出了关于改进独立学院学生发展工作对策的建议。Doing well the student Party member development work can lay a good foundation and has important significance for the college Party construction. Combined with the characteristics of independent institute, this paper analyzes the problems of student Party member development work and proposes improvement suggestions.
