摘　　要："三农问题"是我国在经济建设中要重点解决的问题,而农村法制建设程度的高低将对此起到直接作用。目前,我国在农村法制建设存在着各种问题,这些问题都亟需在建设社会主义新农村中解决。＂Three Rural Issues＂ is the problem that China＇s economic construction should focus on solving, and the construction degree of rural law will play a direct role in this regard. At present, there are various problems in China＇s legal construction in rural areas and these problems need be resolved in new socialist countryside construction.
