摘　　要：建立一种简单快速的ApoE基因分型法。以外周血白细胞DNA为模板，设计了4个等位基因特异性寡核苷酸引物和一个公共引物，采用等位基因特异性多重PCR技术（Multiplex Amplification Refractory Mutation System PCR, multi-ARMS PCR），检测了85例个体的6种常见ApoE基因型。6种常见ApoE基因型的频率为: ε2/2(0.012), ε3/3(0.705), ε4/4(0.012), ε3/2(0.118),ε4/3(0.141)和ε4/2(0.012).本方法简便、可靠，很有推广应用价值。To idenitify apolipoprotein (ApoE) genotypes.Six genotypes of ApoE genetic polymorphism ε2/2、ε3/3、ε4/4、ε3/2、ε4/3 and ε4 /2 were identified respectivly by the multiplex amplification refractory mutatio n system PCR (multi-AMRS) using four allele-specific oligonucleotide primers a nd one common primer in 85 subjects.The frequencies of ε2/2、ε3/3、ε4/4、ε3 /2、ε4/3 and ε4/2 were 0.012,0.705,0.012 respectively,0.118,0.141,0.012 .The method is fast, reliable and can easily be implemented into a minimally eq uipped laboratory.
