西部欠发达山区城乡统筹发展的地方性机制及模式——以陕南秦岭地区为例

摘　　要：依托国家近年来非常关注西部生态敏感性地区及欠发达地区城乡统筹发展的现实背景,分析了生态环境敏感性条件下陕南秦岭地区城乡统筹发展的现实背景、发展现状及存在问题,并从多维度视角探讨了基于地方性特征的陕南秦岭地区城乡统筹发展的作用机制及适宜模式,从而为西部欠发达山区统筹城乡发展研究提供新思路。This paper analyzed the realistic context, development status and problems of the urban and rural coordinated development in southern Shaanxi Qinling region in the sensitive ecological conditions, explored the local mechanism and suitable mode of the region based on ecological environment sensitive characteristics, thus providing new ideas to the local study of western underdeveloped mountainous area urban and rural coordinated development.
