乌鸡白凤丸对肾虚血亏大鼠子宫内膜ER、PR、VEGF蛋白表达影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌鸡白凤丸对肾虚血亏大鼠子宫内膜血管生成的影响及作用机制。方法:采用放血、饥饿加灌服羟基脲制备肾虚血亏大鼠模型,用乌鸡白凤丸进行干预,采用HE染色观察子宫内膜厚度及腺体情况;免疫组化方法检测子宫内膜ER、PR、VEGF蛋白的表达。结果:乌鸡白凤丸能有效增加肾虚血亏大鼠子宫内膜的厚度,提高ER、VEGF蛋白表达(P<0.01),差异有统计学意义。结论:乌鸡白凤丸具有促肾虚血亏大鼠子宫内膜血管生成及内膜修复作用,其作用机制可能与提高ER、VEGF蛋白表达有关。Objective ： To investigate the effect of Wuji Baifeng pills on endometrial angiogenesis and its mechanism in a rat model of deficiency of kidney qi and blood. Methods ： Bloodletting, hunger and perfusion of hydroxyurea methods were used to induce the rat model of deficiency of kidney qi and blood. HE staining was used to observe the endometrium and uterine glands. Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect expressions of ER,PR and VEGF of endometrium. Results ：Wuji Baifeng Pills can effectively increase the thickness of endometrium of kidney deficiency anemia rats and increase the expressions of ER and VEGF（P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion：Wuji Baifeng Pills can promote endometrial angiogenesis and endometrial repair in a rat model of deficiency of kidney qi and blood, and its mechanism may be related with increas- ing the expressions of ER and VEGF.
