电针对老年膝关节骨关节炎血清MMP-3的影响

摘　　要：目的:明确电针对早、中期老年性膝关节骨关节炎基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)的影响。方法:将60例入组患者随机分为电针组和西药组,观察治疗前后西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎调查表(WOMAC)评分及血清MMP-3含量的变化。结果:WOMAC评分显示两组治疗均有效,电针治疗4周后疗效优于西药组(P<0.05),电针组与治疗前自身比较,血清MMP-3水平有显著差异(P<0.05),与西药组治疗后比较血清MMP-3水平有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:电针对早、中期老年性膝关节炎具有治疗作用,能有效降低血清MMP-3含量。Objective ： To explicit the effect of electroacupuncture on serum matrix metalloproteinase - 3 （ MMP - 3 ） in early and middle stages of senile knee osteoarthritis. Methods ： 60 patients of senile knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and Western medicine group. Western Ontario and McMaster Universities （WOM- AC） Osteoarthritis Index score and serum MMP - 3 level were observed before and after treatments. Results ： Electroacupuncture and Western medicine treatments were both effective according to the WOMAC score. The curative effect of electroacupuncture group was better than that of the Western medicine group after 4 weeks＇treatments （ P 〈 0.05）. There was significant difference of serum MMP - 3 level between the pretherapy and post - treatment in electroacupuncture group （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was remarkable difference of serum MMP - 3 level between electroacupuncture group and Western medicine group after treatments （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Electroacupuncture has therapeutic effects in early and middle stages of senile knee osteoarthritis and can reduce the level of serum MMP - 3 effectively.
