摘 要:对新余市某大型化工企业循环水系统采用LHE聚合物水处理剂的前后使用效果进行了对比研究,结果发现使用LHE聚合物不但可从根本上解决废液磷含量超标的问题,而且LHE聚合物会在设备表面形成电中性和绝缘性的聚合物保护膜,其不但防垢、除垢、防菌藻和缓蚀的效果优异。而且费用相比磷系水稳剂低廉。自从改用LHE聚合物水稳剂以来,系统运行稳定,高压机各段压力、温度都正常,尿素系统稳定。是值得广泛推广的一种水稳剂。LHE polymer water stabilizer was used in circulating water system of the chemical plants to compare the different performance. Result showed that adopting LHE polymer water stabilizer would not only fundamentally avoid that the content of phosphorus in liquid waste far exceed quota, but also form a electrically neutral and insulation polymer coating on the equipment. In addition, LHE polymer water stabilizer worked well in several fields including anti - scale, scale removal, corrosion inhibition, suppression of bacteria and algae, and spent lower than phosphorus series water treatment agents. Since switching to LHE polymer water stabilizer, the operation system run stably, the pressure and temperature of high pressure machines maintained steadily and the urea system remained unchanged. Consequently, LHE polymer water stabilizer is worth popularizing.
