摘　　要：目的　观察“天年素”功能绷带对软组织伤的治疗效果 .方法　采用随机三盲对照试验 .驻陕某团参加 1998/1999两个年度新兵基础训练中发生的软组织伤员 12 3例 ,随机分为 A绷带组 (A组 ,n=6 2个部位 )和 B绷带组 (n=6 5个部位 ) ,观察 1wk.试验结束后厂家告知 A绷带为非功能绷带 ,B绷带为“天年素”功能绷带 .结果　 A,B两组较治疗前症状均明显好转 ,B组在消肿、止痛方面优于 A组 ,有显著性差异 .B组总有效率 (77% )高于 A组 (5 8% ,P<0 .0 5 ) .结论　功能绷带治疗软组织伤有明显效果 ,在消肿、止痛方面优于 A绷带 .AIM To evaluate therapeutic effectiveness of function bandage for soft tissue injury. METHOD In a randomized triblind controlled trial, 123 recruits of all soft tissue injury in basic training on 1998/1999 years were separated into two groups: A( n =62 sites) and B( n =65 sites). The course of treatment was 1 week. After therapy it was told that Awas non function bandage and B was function one. RESULTS A and B groups showed that symptoms were improved. Moreover, detumescence and acesodyne effect of bandage B was better than that of A, and it was statistically significant. The effective rate of bandage A and B was 58% and 77%, respectively ( P <0.05). CONCLUSION B bandage has significant effect in treatment of soft tissue injury, and it is better than A bandage in detumescence and acesodyne.
