摘　　要：采用隔震技术可以较好地改善框架结构的动力性能,然而缺少其经济性方面的详细分析,这是阻碍隔震框架结构应用的重要原因之一。论文从直接建设费和震后损失与维修费用两方面对隔震建筑的经济性进行了定性分析,然后以某框架结构为基础,对每平米的上部结构造价进行了参数分析,并对隔震前后的造价进行了对比。The dynamic performance of frame structures is improved,if the isolation technology issued.However,the application of seismic isolation technology is impeded by lack of careful economic analysis.In this thesis,it is considered that expenditure of direct construction and expenditure of earthquake damage and repair.The expenditures of frames per unit area are analyzed.Besides,economy of isolation structures compared with non-isolation structures is discussed.
