静钻根植桩在东城国贸中心的成功应用

摘　　要：静钻根植桩是采用专用的单轴钻机,按照设定深度进行钻孔,桩端部按照设定的尺寸进行扩孔,扩孔完成后,注入桩端水泥浆和桩周水泥浆,边注浆边提钻,钻孔完成后依靠桩的自重将预应力管桩植入设计标高,通过桩端及桩周水泥浆液硬化,使桩与桩端及桩周土体形成一体,制成由预制桩身、桩端水泥浆和土体共同承载的桩基础。具有泥浆排放量少、对环境影响较小、桩身质量稳定可靠、桩基承载力高、施工速度快、经济效益显著等优点。论文结合工程实例,简要介绍其设计方法及工程实践中遇到的问题。JZGZ pile is a type of pile,which use the special single shaft drill to drill a designed depth hole,then enlarge the hole of the pile tip with the designed size,after that,inject cement slurry into the hole during pulling the drill,then put the prestressed pipe pile in the hole by itself＇s weight until the pile reach to the designed elevation,due to the cement slurry around the pile and under the pile tip hardened,the pile,the tip of the pile and the soil mass around the pile become a whole,becoming a pile foundation,which its bearing capacity is provided with the prestressed pipe pile,the cement slurry of the pile tip and the soil mass together.It has the advantage of less emissions slurry,little impact on envivonment,the stable and reliable pile body,high bearing capcity,quick construction,low cost ect.This text briefly introduces the design methods and the problems in the engineering practice according to the ture engineering examples.
