超声对胎儿足内翻畸形的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声对胎儿足内翻畸形的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析13例先天性足内翻畸形的产前超声声像图特征,总结其二维声像图特点,分析影响诊断的因素。结果产前超声诊断胎儿先天性足内翻畸形11例,其中1例为假阳性,产前超声诊断符合率76.92%(10/13),漏诊3例,漏诊率23.08%(3/13)。结论超声诊断胎儿足内翻畸形方法简便,可靠性较高,可作为产前早期筛查诊断足内翻畸形的有效手段,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective ： To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound for foetus strephenopodia. Methods ： Retrospective analyzed 13 cases of foetus strephenopodias＇ ultrasonogram character, concluded the two-dimension ultrasonogram feature and the influence to uhrasonogram. Results ： Antenatal sonographic diagnosis found 11 cases of foretus strephenopodia, one of them was false positive, so its coincidence was 76. 92% （10/13） ; 3 cases were missed diagnosis, so the missed diagnosis rate was 23.08 （3/13）. Conclusion： Antenatal sonographic diagnosis was easy and reliable for diagnosing foetus strephenopodia and was conducted effective method of pro-phase prenatal screening, and its great use in clinic.
