摘  要:目的 :应用高分辨力超声观测妊高征患者内皮功能 ,探讨其与 ET- 1的关系。方法 :应用高分辨力超声观测 10例晚孕妊高征患者及 10例正常妊娠者的肱动脉反映性充血后 (即内皮依赖性舒张功能 EDD)及含服硝酸甘油后 (即内皮非依赖性舒张功能 EIDD)的内径改变 ,同时测量血浆中 ET- 1的水平。结果 :妊高征患者的 EDD(1.6 1± 1.93 vs 13.5 7± 4.2 5 P<0 .0 1)、 EIDD (14.0 7± 7.18vs 2 3.73± 4.5 5 P<0 .0 1)及反映性充血后肱动脉的血流量增加率 (139.2 5± 46 .5 9vs 36 5 .6 2± 2 11.71P<0 .0 5 )均较正常妊娠者明显降低 ,而血浆 ET- 1(5 3.72± 15 .2 8vs 44 .5 6± 8.5 7P<0 .0 1)的水平却明显升高。结论 :妊高征患者血浆 ET- 1是导致 EDD、Objective:To evaluate endothelial dysfunction by high resolution vascular ultrasound and to study the relationship between endothelial dysfunction and ET 1 in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:Brachial artery responses to reactive hyperemia(endothelium dependent dilatation EDD)and sublingual nitroglycerin(endothelium independent dilatation EIDD)were measured by high resolution vascular ultrasound in 10 patients with PIH and 10 normal pregnant women.Plasma ET l was determined by radioimmunoassay method.Results:EDD,EIDD and the forearm blood flow after reactive hyperemia were impaired in PIH compared to those of normal pregnant women(1 61±1 93 vs 13 57±4 25, P <0 01;14 07±7 18 vs 23 73±4 55, P <0 01;139 25±46 59 vs 365 62±211 71, P <0 05).The plasma ET 1 level increased significantly in PIH compared to that of normal pregnant women (53 72±15 28 vs 44 56±8 57 P <0 01).Conclusions:The increase of plasma ET 1 level was one of the most important reasons of the endothelial dysfunction in PIH.
