公立医院医疗物价创新管理模式探究

摘　　要：随着人们对医疗服务品质的要求不断提高,对医疗物价的关注度也越来越高,患者希望提高医疗费用的透明度,做到明明白白消费。因此,公立医院在医疗物价管理上必须做到准确、合理、公平。作者从公立医院医疗物价管理的现状入手,分析当前公立医院医疗物价管理中存在的问题,在新形势下构建公立医院医疗物价的创新管理模式,包括完善管理机制、奖惩机制、审批机制、投诉应急预案、网络监管机制及提升管理人员业务水平等。The medical price management in public hospital must follow the accurate, reasonable and fair principles. Based on the current situation of medical price management in public hospitals, this article analyzes the existing problems in the price management of public hospitals and constructs the innovation management model under the new situation, including the improvement of management mechanism, in- centive mechanism, examination and approval mechanism, complaints and emergency pre--plan, net- work supervision mechanism and enhancing the management level.
