摘　　要：以亚硫酸氢钠封端异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)单体,得到水溶性封端IPDI抗皱整理剂,并将其用于棉织物抗皱整理,研究整理剂用量、焙烘温度、焙烘时间和聚乙二醇1000用量对织物性能的影响。优化的整理工艺为:整理剂110g/L,焙烘温度120℃,焙烘时间8min,聚乙二醇1000 20g/L;整理后,棉织物的折皱回复角可达182.5°。Formaldehyde-free DP finish of cotton fabric is carried out with water-soluble blocked isophorone diisocyanate（IPDI） monomer which is prepared by end-blocking of isophorone diisocyanate monomer with sodium bisulfite.The influences of finishing agent dosage,curing temperature and time,the concentration of polyethylene glycol 1000 on fabric performance are discussed,and the optimum process is finishing agent 110 g/L,polyethylene glycol 1000 20 g/L,and curing at 120 ℃ for 8 min.The wrinkle recovery angle of the finished cotton fabric can reach 182.5°.
