加工裂纹风格牛仔布的新型浆料

摘　　要：针对牛仔裂纹产品的风格,从加工方式、生产要点、环境影响因素与外观对三种裂纹生产工艺进行了分析研究。结果表明,新型裂纹浆加工工艺的化学药品使用量较小,废弃物可回收利用,符合节能减排要求,且其裂纹具有仿石风格,适合于家纺产品的加工。Three different manufacturing processes of cracks style denim products are analyzed and compared from the aspects of processing method, impacts on environment and the products appearance. The results show that the process with novel crack paste features low chemical consumption, recyclable waste, energy conservation and emission reduction, and stone-like style of cracks denim products, and it is suitable for home textiles.
