针刺人迎为主穴调整血压昼夜节律的临床病例

摘　　要：在目前治疗原发性高血压的过程中,血压昼夜节律的关注度日渐升高。本人通过针刺人迎、曲池、合谷及足三里4组穴位,观察1例患者的血压昼夜节律的变化。根据24 h动态血压监测结果,对比发现患者的血压昼夜节律由治疗前的非杓型转变成了正常的杓型血压。结果提示:针刺对异常的血压昼夜节律有纠正作用。In the treatment of essential hypertension, people paid more attention to circadian rhythm of blood pressure. We ciloose acupuncture Renying, tlegu, Zusanli and Quchi, four groups of points, to observe the changes of circadian rhythm of blood pressure in one patient. According to the ABPM （24 hour ambulatory, blood pressure monitoring）, the cireadian rhythm ~t blood pres- sure change from non-dipper before treatment into dipper normal blood pressure. Conclusion： Acupuncture has corrective effect on the abnormal circadian rhythm of blood pressure.
