摘  要:为提高注水单流阀的工作性能并延长其使用寿命,采用CAD和CFD相结合的方法来对注水单流阀的阀口结构进行优化设计。首先确定阀口倾角和开度为单流阀阀口的待优化结构参数,并采用CAD技术对单流阀的阀口结构进行三维参数化建模,然后应用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对单流阀的27个阀口模型进行三维流场仿真计算。通过设立阀口迎流面单位长度受到的剪切力、液流喷射速度和角度3个性能评价指标对各单流阀阀口模型的流场计算结果进行评价,得出阀口倾角为30°、阀口开度为0.8mm为注水单流阀阀口结构的最优设计参数。To improve the performance and extend the service life of injection check valve, the method of CAD/CFD is presented to optimize injection check valve port structure in this paper. Firstly,the structure parameters which include obliquity and opening of valve port are chosen to be optimized, then the CAD technology is applied to build 27 three-dimensional valve port parame- terization models,which are used to calculate three-dimensional flow field in the valve port models by CFD software FLUENT. Then three evaluation indexes which consist of the flow shear forceper unit length of the surface,liquid jet velocity and angle are established,the calculation results of every inner flow field in the above 27 models are evaluated by the synthesis of Analytic Hierar- chy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. Finally,the optimum structure design of injec- tion check valve port with the obliquity of 30 degree and the opening of 0.8mm is achieved.
