摘　　要：目前,国内的管道混凝土配重涂敷的生产装备基本依赖于国外进口,技术被垄断、成本高。通过分析海底管道混凝土配重中涂敷系统的相关生产工艺,根据海洋配重管不同直径、不同长度的特点,设计出一种可调式涂敷小车。通过支撑轮轮距调节和高度调节满足不同系列管径、管长海洋混凝土配重管的安装生产要求,通过调节支撑轮和车轮的旋转速度满足不同管道所需混凝土涂覆量的工艺要求,实现了一条生产线无需更换设备就可生产多系列海洋配重管,弥补了目前国内外的涂敷小车系统只能对固定管径、管长海洋管道进行混凝土涂敷的不足,且生产成本低、效率高。At present, the domestic pipeline concrete weight coating production equipment is im- ported,technology monopoly,high cost,and currently only coating trolley system at home and a- broad to achieve concrete coated with a fixed diameter length marine pipeline,in the production of different diameter pipe pipeline need to replace equipment, seriously restricting the production ef- ficiency of marine counterweight tube application and popularization. Therefore, the production process control system of submarine pipeline coating concrete counterweight in the ocean, accord- ing to different characteristics of different length weight tube diameter, design a kind of adjustable coating trolley, can satisfy the different diameter pipe series marine concrete counterweight tube production requirements,to achieve a production line without changing the equipment can produce more series marine counterweight tube, greatly saves the cost, enhances the production efficiency.
