结合珠蛋白的遗传多态性与哮喘的关系

摘　　要：目的 :探讨支气管哮喘与结合珠蛋白的遗传多态性的关系。方法 :聚丙烯酰胺凝电泳技术研究患者和正常人HP型分布特点 ,并计算HP1基因频率 ,比较两组间的统计学差异。结果 :0～ 5 0岁哮喘病人HP1基因频率显著高于正常人 ;外源性哮喘组HP1基因频率高于正常对照组 ,内源性组则与正常对照组无显著差异。结论 :四川地区HP1基因与哮喘发生有关 ,可能主要在外源性哮喘中起作用。Objective: To study the association between haptoglobin genetic polymorphism and development of bronchial asthma. Methods:By means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis, haptoglobin phenotypes were investigated in 198 bronchial asthma patients and 228 healthy controls in Sichuan.The gene frequencies were calculated and compared with controls. Results:①The gene frequency of Hp 1 was remarkably higher in bronchinal asthma patients(age 0～50) than in normal subjecs;②The gene frequency of HP 1 was much higher in extrinsic asthma patients,but not in intrinsic asthma patients. Conclusions: Hp 1 allele maybe related to bronchial asthma in this area,probably it mainly influences extrinsic asthma .
