摘  要:中国石油化工股份有限公司天津分公司管式加热炉空气预热器热空气往烟气侧漏风问题已经困扰装置多年,热管式空气预热器前后的烟气含氧量相差4%以上,同时存在热管失效、积灰堵塞、腐蚀穿孔等问题,造成了较大的热量损失。经过检修改造,修复和更换热管,利用新型的管板密封材料,采取弹簧拉伸定向膨胀及封堵等技术,使烟气余热得到了较好的回收,加权平均热效率达到了93%左右,较改造前提高了2.0%以上,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。The chronic problem of hot air leaking into the exhaust gas has troubled the air preheaters of pipe heaters in the petrochemical plants of SINOPEC Tianjin Company for many years.The difference in the residual oxygen content between the two ends of the heat pipe preheaters was above 4%;and such problems as failure of heat pipe,blockage of accumulated ash and corrosion perforation led to greater heat loss.After overhaul and modification,renovation and change of heat pipe,new tube plate sealing materials are applied and technologies of spring stretching,directional expansion and shut-off are adopted.The recovery of the exhaust residual heat has been improved substantially with weighted average heat efficiency up to 93%,which was more than 2% higher compared with the number before modification.And obvious economic and social benefits have been achieved.
