流行性腮腺炎WM84株疫苗的有效免疫反应

摘　　要：流行性腮腺炎ＷＭ８４减毒株（以下称流腮ＷＭ８４株）经原代鸡胚成纤维细胞传代获得，研究表明该毒株反应轻微，免疫原性好，无神经毒性。８个月至２岁儿童流行病学观察结果表明：流行性腮腺炎抗体阳转率达９６．４％～１００％，几何平均滴度（ＧＭＴ）４．５～６．２，降低发病率８７．５％，证明流腮ＷＭ８４株疫苗对流行性腮腺炎有很好的预防作用。An attenuated mumps strain WM84 was obtained by serial passages in primary chicken embryo cell culture. The isolated strain showed a slight reactogenicity, a good immunogenicity and fewer nerovirlence. The results of epidemic observation of strain WM84 vaccine in the children with 8 month to 2 year demonstrat- ed that the seroconverted rate was up to 96 % to 100 %, GMT 4.5 to 6.2 and the reduced incidence by 87. 5 %. All of these data strongly suggested that strain WM84 vaccine was good prophylactic against mumps.
