急诊脑脂肪栓塞综合征早期诊断和治疗

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊脑脂肪栓塞综合征的早期诊断和治疗方法及效果。方法:收治急诊脑脂肪栓塞综合征患者104例,对早期诊断和治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:104例急诊脑脂肪栓塞综合征患者经过治疗,92例患者的生命体征和各项检查指标均恢复正常,生活能够完全自理,因为呼吸衰竭而死亡12例。结论:给予急诊脑脂肪栓塞综合征患者早期的诊断和及时有效的治疗,能够降低临床并发率以及死亡率。Objective：To explore the early diagnosis and treatment methods and effect of the emergency cerebral fat embolism syn- drome.Methods：The clinical dates of 104 cases of emergency cerebral fat embolism syndrome patients with early diagnosis and treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Re-sults：After treatment,92 cases of patients could take care of themselves,whose vital signs and each index all returned to normal, among 104 patients with emergency cerebral fat embolism syndrome.And there were 12 patients died with respiratory failure.Con-clusion：emergency cerebral fat embolism syndrome patients＇ early diagnosis and ef-fective treatment could reduce clinical con-current rate and mortality rate,which was worth of popularizing widely and using.
