匹多莫德颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨匹多莫德颗粒口服治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法：2011-2012年收治反复呼吸道感染患儿40例,随机分为治疗组及观察组,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用匹多莫德颗粒口服,1袋/次（0.4g）,2次/日,两组疗程均7~14天。观察组则按照常规治疗。结果：治疗组平均退热时间、止咳时间、肺内啰音消失时间与观察组比较均明显短,P值均〈0.05。结论：匹多莫德颗粒是免疫刺激剂,治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效显著,使用方便,无不良反应。Objective：We want to study Pi-dotimod Granules curative effect in treating children with recurrent respiratory tract in-fection.Methods：We selected 40 cases of pa-tients during 2011-2012.These patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups were treated for 7 - 14 days.The control group was treat-ed with routine.The treatment group in the conventional treatment combined with Pi-dotimod Granules orally, lbag/time（0.4g）, 2times/day.Results：The average deferves-cence time,antitussive time and pulmonary tales disappearance time of the treatment group-e-re obviously shorter than the con-trol group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Pidotimod Granules is immune stimulating agent.Pi- dotimod Granules efficacy in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection is sig-nificant.The use of Pidotimod Granules is convenient and it is no adverse reaction
