中西结合治疗肾病综合征48例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨中西结合治疗肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：收治肾病综合征患者96例,随机分成观察组和对照组各48例,对照组给予强的松1-2mg/（kg·日）,分3-4次口服,维持6-8周以后,根据病情每周减5mg直至停药,总疗程3个月。观察组在对照组的基础上加服健脾益肾汤。结果：两组治疗前Ccr、BUN、Scr比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组治疗后与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组治疗后与对照组治疗后Ccr、BUN、Scr比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组半年内生存46例,半年生存率95.8%,死亡2例,死亡率4.2%;对照组半年内生存42例,半年生存率87.5%,死亡6例,死亡率12.5%,观察组明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西结合治疗肾病综合征死亡率低,临床疗效显著。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of treating nephrotic syn-drome with combination of Chinese tradi- tional and Western.Methods：96 cases of re-nal syndrome patients from 2012 July to De-cember were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group with 48 cases in each.The control group was given predni- sone 1 - 2mg/（kg · d）,3 - 4times with oral, maintaining 6-8weeks,according to the condition of reduction of 5mg per week until the withdrawal.The total course was 3 months.The treatment group adds in the con- trol group therapy foundation with Jianpi Yishen decoction.Results：Before treatment the Ccr, BUN and Scr showed no significant difference between two groups of pa-tients（P〉 0.05）,the two groups before and after treatment were significantly differ-ent（P〈 0.05）.After treatment the Ccr,BUN and Scr showed significant difference be-tween two groups of patients （P 〈 0.05）.The observation group within half year survival was 46 cases,the half year survival rate was 95.8% and 2 cases died,the mortality was 4.2% .The control group within half year sur-vival was 42 cases,the half year survival rate was 87.5% and 6 cases died,the mortality was 12.5%.The observation group was better than the control group,there were significant difference between two groups（P 〈 0.05）.The mortality rate in treatment of nephrotic syn-drome with combination of chinese and western was low and the clinical effect is significant.It is worth spreading.
