摘　　要：目的:比较分析48例结核性脑膜炎MRI平扫及MRI增强扫描图像,以评估MRI增强扫描对结核性脑膜炎的诊断价值。方法:对经临床确诊的48例结核性脑膜炎患者的MRI检查进行回顾性分析。结果:MRI增强扫描检查能发现更多的信息帮助诊断。结论:MRI增强扫描对结核性脑膜炎疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断价值高于MRI平扫。Objective：We compared the MRI scan images and the enhanced MRI scan images of 48 patients with tuberculous meningitis in order to assess the value of en-hanced MRI scanning in the diagnosis of tu-berculous meningitis.Methods：48 patients with clinically diagnosed tuberculous men-ingitis in patients with MRI examinations were analyzed retrospectively.Results：En- hanced MRI examination can find more in-formation to help diagnose tuberculous men-ingitis.Conclusion：Enhanced MRI diagnostic value in tuberculous meningitis is more than MRI scan.
