机洗前预检重要性的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨机洗前预检工作对提高医疗器械清洗质量的作用。方法:随机抽取同质污染的医疗器械400件分成试验组和对照组,每组200件,试验组机洗之前进行人工预检,并严格按照自动清洗机使用说明操作。对照组则是直接从回收箱内取出物品,不进行人工预检直接将器械放入清洗机的篮筐内(并且不遵守自动清洗机使用说明)。结果:经过人工预检的器械合格率99.5%,未经过人工预检直接上机器的器械合格率83.2%,二者对于医疗器械清洗效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:机洗前进行人工预检非常有必要。Objiective：To discuss the effect of previewing work before machine wash to improve the quality of medical equipment cleaning.Method：Randomly extract 400 pieces of homogenous pollution medical ap-paratus and instruments,divided into the ex-perimental group and the control group,each group of 200 pieces.The experimental group have artificial previewing before machine wash, and in strict accordance with instruc-tions of the automatic washing machine.The control group is directly take out the materi-als from the recycling box items,without arti-ficial previewing, directly put the instru- ments into the basket of the washing ma-chine（without accordance with instructions ofthe automatic washing machine）.Resuhs： After artificial previewing, the qualified rate of instruments is 99.5% .Withou artificial previewing, the qualified rate of instruments is 83.2%.Both have significant difference for medical equipment cleaning effect（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： It is important to have artificial previewing before machine wash.
