三条筋树根水浸剂治疗烧烫伤模型的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　观察三条筋树根皮水提物对烧烫伤及其炎症和疼痛的影响。方法　　分别用鼠足肿胀法、铁板法观察受试药的抗炎、镇痛作用 ;化腐生肌实验用家兔烫伤模型 ,将受试药涂抹于患处 ,观察愈合情况。结果　抗炎效果与肤轻松相近似 ,且作用时间早于肤轻松 ;镇痛效果接近颅通定 ,作用持续时间 >90min ;对烧烫伤创面的愈合稍逊于阳性对照药“美宝”。结论　三条筋树根具明显的抗炎、镇痛、及化腐生肌作用。Objective To observe the anti inflammatory, analgetic and the Hua Fu ShengJi effects of the steep of Cinnamomum tamala(Ham.) root in the burn model of rabbits. Methods The anti inflammatory experiment was conducted with the rat foot swelled by egg white injection. The Heated plank carried out the analgetic experiment. and the cicatrization of the scalded wound, Hua Fu Sheng Ji,was observed by macrography and micrography. Results The antiinlammatory and analgetic effects of the steep were similar to that of fluocinolone acetonide and rotundine ,respectively. However, the effect of Hua Fu Sheng Ji was inferior to the MEBO. Conclusion The steep of Camphor root possesses a remarkable anti inflammatory and analgetic effects, and promotes the the cicatrization of scalded significantly.
