摘  要:目的 探讨自体移植背阔肌同步起博辅助心室肌对犬正常及急性心衰时CO、CI的影响。方法  7条实验犬侧背阔肌心室肌成形术 ,术中生物胶间断粘合 ,缝合背阔肌完成成形术 ,R波 4:1刺激背阔肌 ,测定犬CO .CI。结果 成形术CO ,CI降低。结扎冠状动脉造成人工心衰 ,同步起博背阔肌CO、CI明显升高。 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,连续起博 10次 ,2 0次 ,30次 ,CO、CI下降。结论 术中使用生物胶可能成为缩短“血管延迟期”达到早期起搏背阔肌方法之一。背阔肌包裹后CO、CI下降提示应用此技术 ,手术适应症及时机的选择十分重要。背阔肌同步起搏辅助心室肌功能效果明确。背阔肌抗疲劳训练是此手术应用的基础。Objective To determine the effect of the auto transplantetion and synchromous pace of the LD to assist ventricular function in dogs with or without heart farlure. Methods 7 experimental dogs were operated with left latissimum dorsi ventriculoplasty. The discontinucus sature of the latissimum doisi was performed with biologic glue , and then stimulated by “R” wave. The data of CO and CI were measured. Results the CO and CI were decreased by the p1asty, but increased sharp by symchronous pace of the latissmum dorsi in dogs with artificial heart farluse of cornary artery ligation (P<0.05). The CO and CI were decreased with The muscle continuously paced 10、20、3O times. Concluseions “vascular deloy” might be recluced by the biologic glue used in operation, and it would be a method pacing the latissimum dorsi arly. The CO and CI were decreased by the auto reansplantation of LD. It's very important to chooseindication and opportunity of the operation. The effect of synchronous pace of LD to assist ventriclar function was apparent. The auti fafigued training of the latissimum dorsi was the applied bas of the operation.
